Hello! I'm Dawn. I'm a hobbyist cosplay photographer and digital artist. My photography style consists of incorporating location into my shots. Policies

  1. You must be fully vaccinated!

  2. Full payment is due 3 days before the shoot.

  3. Please do not arrive late. There will be no refunds if you miss your shoot time.

  4. If you need to reschedule for any reason, the last day to do so is a week before the con.

  5. You can either pick the photos for final edits or let me do so. However, you must give me your selection within one week or I will choose for you.

  6. Final edits will be sent out within 2 months. I will give you updates on the time frame as return times depend on how busy my schedule is.

  7. All unedited JPEGs will be returned. You can do as you wish with them.

  8. You are allowed to make minor retouches (wig, facial corrections, etc) to the photos after I am done with them. Please let me know and reupload the new versions to the Google Drive if you do.

  9. You are allowed as many re-edits as you wish until you are satisfied with your photos!

  10. You are allowed to sell the photos as prints, but permission must be obtained from me beforehand.

Location shoots are limited to areas in NYC, and areas around NYC (New Jersey, Long Island, etc) accessible by public transportation.
